Why You Need To Take A Hike

Our Saturday Kentucky hike…

We geared up with fresh spring water

rang a bell

well…tried to ring a bell but

the rusty chain broke

Adam surveyed the land ahead

all over it…in my one-track mind.

Wish it was FOR SALE…Joe was glad it wasn’t.

We hiked many stairs & hills & walked a lot.

But we drove even further…to get there.

Big brother Adam

carried his tired sister on his back

How sweet!

The views were breathtaking!

The weather was perfect!

The company was even better!

and Hannah’s refrigerator fudge brownies

would’ve made Martha Stewart proud!

Hannah has been without an oven

so she has been cooking very creatively.

Now… those brownies were

the perfect ending to our perfect day :)
