Monday Googling

Feeling a bit under the weather…

I have been spending time going through my old magazines.

I am one of those people who follow up interesting people and products online.

In my Traditional Home November 2010 issue

I ran across Heather Christothoulou…(how do you pronounce her last name?)

mon 6

A Fine Arts major and graduate of San Francisco Le Cordon Bleu.

She started off as a pastry chef then became a caterer. Her website is filled with pretty tablescapes, entertaining tips and recipes

Initially, it was the photographs of her $2.1 million Seattle home that first caught my eye.

(it’s sort of scary the information you get online when you Google a name…yikes

I even know her address in addition to how much her 7,500 sq ft house cost. TMI!)

Her swanky bathroom was featured in House Beautiful.

The dark cabinet at the end of the hall is part of her beautiful kitchen.

You can see how it is integrated in this picture below:

Love the casual banquette seating arrangement.

I think I have the same ceiling lights in basement wine room?

mon8

Gorgeous home, huh?

Love the turquoise and black.

What incredible views of Seattle from their garden.

Heather’s entertaining skills were a visual feast in Trad Home’s April 2010 issue.

What’s not to love here?

Her website made me smile…

hope it does the same for you :)
