When I was home in Cleveland this weekend for my niece's bridal shower I ran across old pictures of me in my mom's old dresses she wore in the 50's. The pink tulle dress was a bridesmaid dress she wore/How gorgeous is it? I posed like I was in a play or something goofy.
The blue velvet top bridesmaid dress with tulle bottom has to be my all time favorite. Why don't they make dresses like that anymore. And how about my mom's 1955 wedding gown with org. veil and even her shoes? Too die for. I would probably take the sleeves off if Hannah would wear it for her wedding. What do you think? Don't you love the glamour of the 50's too?
